Dear User,
we got lately several reports that openjump.exe contains a virus or trojan. We can not confirm this and believe the reason is that openjump.exe simply calls openjump.bat. The openjump.exe file was created using bat to exe converter, a freeware program from f2ko. It contains the two arguments:
cd bin openjump.bat
Here is a link to an online check of the file which suggest that openjump.exe is clean:

However, if you feel uncomfortable using openjump.exe you can delete the file and start OpenJUMP by using the openjump.bat file.
